Shipping GuidelinesOrders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. SolaMia.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Refused ShipmentsIf you decide to refuse any shipments from SolaMia.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SolaMia.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Return PolicyWe pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition postmarking the package within 10 days of your receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items received that are postmarked up to 21 days from receipt will receive a store credit at current selling price. We do not accept returns postmarked after 21 days of your receipt so please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted. Sale items will be issued a store credit. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
Please call us for an RA# at (818)889-1738 or email us at customerservice@solamia.com. We will provide you with an RA# that must be written on the outside of the box. Returns that do not have an RA# will be refused.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Credit Card Refund
Once your package has been received at SolaMia.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SolaMia.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at customerservice@solamia.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up the the manufacturers' discretion.
